About size and tolerance
As any other manufacturing process, Metal Injection Molding MIM also entails some design requirements. Our experienced engineers support customer’s component design from the planning stage until its mass production.
MIM is particularly suitable for small to medium-sized components. As a rule, the bigger a component is the more deviations can occur regarding the component size. Therefore, Herong has specialized in the production of parts with an average weight between 0.01 and 50 g about 3mm~ 200mm, although the production of larger components is also possible. Herong is currently manufacturing components with a maximum weight of about 120 g.

1. What's the software you will use to check the drawing? And what's format of drawing you cancheck?
Our designers and engineers all use AUTO CAD and Soliworks software to check 2D and3D drawings. We can check the drawings with PDF,AL,DWG(CAD)and STP (3D)or IGS(3D)formats.
2. Will you send me the free sample?
Yes, but you should charge the freight by yourself. We can return the fee if you place a bulk.
3. How to pack the moulds and products?
For moulds, we wil be coated one-layer anti-rust oil first, and then also will be covered thin films on themould, finally pack into non-fumigation wooden case.And as to products. we will pack into standard export cartons or as per customers request to pack.
